Australis Crop Protection is 100% Australian owned and operated. Australis was formed in 2011 and its four owners have over 100 years’ combined experience in the Australian agchem industry. The company specialises in supplying high quality products at competitive prices with a focus on maintaining a secure and consistent supply chain. We focus on developing long term relationships with our customers and supplying them customised and personalised service and support. Unlike many multinational suppliers who steer their clients into complex deals and buying programs, Australis maintains a simple but effective business model. This combined with low overheads, and long standing relationships with overseas suppliers of active ingredients, allows Australis to consistently offer competitive pricing.
The long term direct relationships with overseas suppliers also allow Australis to access raw materials in a timely manner. This coupled with having their products manufactured by quality production facilities in Brisbane, Melbourne, Geelong, and Perth, allows Australis to supply their customers in a reliable manner and with high quality product. By using Australian formulators they are also able to adjust volumes, pack sizes, and timing to react to changes in demand in the Australian market. Australis’s efficient business model gives it an enviable point of strength in the Australian Crop Protection market and unlike many suppliers in this market, it also carries significant levels of public and product liability insurance.
